We manufacture over 8,000 tons per year of PVC beads and profiles through our computer-controlled automatic mixing systems and high-capacity extruder park.This infrastructure enables us to produce a wide range of finishing beads with consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability — suitable for both internal and external applications.
Metal Beads- With our roll-forming machinery park, we manufacture over 8,000 tons per year of galvanized steel, aluzinc, and aluminum profiles — all in full compliance with EN 13658-1/2 and EN 14353 standards. This high-volume production reflects our commitment to European-certified quality, precision engineering, and long-term durability in every profile we deliver.
We manufacture over 67 million meters per year of aluminum and PVC profiles reinforced with fiberglass mesh — including ETAG 004-compliant mesh — using high-performance hot-melt glue and ultrasonic bonding technology within our advanced laminating machinery park. This combination ensures superior adhesion, long-term durability, and consistent quality across all thermal insulation applications.
